Krishna Prasad Dahal is a managing partner of the firm. He worked as audit partner for number of years since 2014 to 2019.

He holds more than 20 years’ experience in providing audit and advisory services to clients engaged in the various sectors such as healthcare, communications, manufacturing, services, telecom, oil exploration, travel, financial, trading, technology sectors and many more. He has a vast experience in advising many of leading companies. He has immense experience working with clients operating in UK, Europe, Middle East & South Asia. Generally he deals with corporate governance, companies listed in the stock exchange and other issues impacting high net worth clients.

He is passionate Fellow Member of Association_of_Chartered_Certified_Accountants UK, Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He is also a fellow member of The Institute_of_Chartered_Accountants_of_Nepal (ICAN).
